We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable courier services to ensure your delicate lingerie arrives safely.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

- Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over £50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Our Easy Returns & Exchange Process
We want you to love every piece you order from us. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange policy within 15 days of receiving your order.
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on knickers unless they arrive defective or incorrect. All other products (balcony bras, bralettes, full cup bras, and swimwear) are eligible for returns if conditions are met.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- In resalable condition
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- For exchanges: your preferred size/color (subject to availability)
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack your return securely in the original packaging with all tags included.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item back to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
