At Full Curve Bra Sales, we want you to feel as confident in our return policy as you do in our perfectly fitting lingerie. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy to exchange or return.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • In resalable condition

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on knickers unless they arrive defective or incorrect. All other products (balcony bras, bralettes, full cup bras, and swimwear) are eligible for returns if conditions above are met.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request.
  2. Include in your email:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • For exchanges: your preferred size/color (subject to availability)
  3. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  4. Pack your return securely in the original packaging and include all tags.
  5. Ship your return to our address (provided in your authorization email) using a trackable service. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item back to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

For size or style exchanges:

  • We’ll process your exchange as soon as we receive your return.
  • If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
  • Exchange items will be shipped via your original shipping method (standard or free shipping).
